Life Reset

 

 

Use Daily Journal and Plan to Connect with your Meaning and Purpose

Sometimes we feel lost in the autopilot state of life and life seems to be passing us by. Rediscovering what gives your life meaning and what purpose you are following can be a much needed reset. Using principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I use discovery exercises to find your highest values, what you want from life, what is important to you and what you want to spend your time on. Accounting for things you do daily, I help you come up with a way to journal and plan your day so that you are following your values in how you live your life and plan your day. Setting a daily routine to spend time catching up with yourself, planning your day, meditating and journaling can go a long way.
