Executive Functioning
Build focus, structure, and confidence with an executive functioning coach who gets how your brain works.
You're smart. You know what needs to get done. And yet starting feels impossible, time slips away, and the mental load of keeping up with everyday life can feel completely overwhelming. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone, and you're not broken.
What Is Executive Functioning Coaching? A practical, forward-focused process. Skill-building around planning, organization, time management, and follow-through, designed around how your brain actually works.
Who This Coaching Is For:
Adults with ADHD or neurodivergent traits who struggle with starting tasks, feel chronically behind, or have tried every planner and productivity system without success. No formal diagnosis required.
A Mindful Approach to ADHD Support Mindfulness woven into practical skill-building — learning to notice and respond rather than react, with a warm, non-pathologizing lens.
